Grantigo AB (reg. no. 559539-2753) provides a SaaS platform for matching against funding opportunities, an AI writing assistant (Selma), expert review and a partner marketplace. The service is delivered according to the chosen plan (Freemium, Pro or Enterprise).
The service may be used to find, interpret and apply for funding opportunities. Prohibited use includes:
You retain all rights to material you upload. Grantigo has a limited licence to process the material solely for the purpose of delivering the service. You may use the results (matches, drafts, analyses) freely in your applications, at your own risk.
Selma's drafts are aids, not finished applications. You are responsible for reviewing, validating and adapting the content before submission. We provide AI detection per Swedish Research Council guidelines, but you are responsible for following the rules that apply to the specific programme.
We take no percentage of your approved amounts. The price for expert review is stated separately per application.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime (Enterprise: SLA per agreement). Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (Cloudflare, OpenAI), force majeure or actions at your IdP.
The service is delivered "as is". We do not guarantee that any specific call will be approved. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid during the 12 months preceding the event, excluding gross negligence and intent.
Pro accounts can be terminated at any time, effective at the end of the current month. Enterprise agreements follow their respective terms. On termination, you get an export period of 30 days before we erase your workspace beyond legal requirements.
We may update the terms from time to time. We notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved primarily through dialogue, secondarily at Linköping District Court, unless otherwise agreed.
